Artist Philosophy
My philosophy is simply “to feel.". As a society we spend so much time analyzing and strategizing, trying to figure out every step we “need” to choose in order to dictate a particular outcome. Although there is nothing wrong with that path, my personal experience has taught me otherwise. Life doesn’t always call for strategy; sometimes it calls for you to break into your truth through your heart. You don't need to strategize truth, you simply flow into it. That is the core philosophy behind my work. I am not thinking about what I am painting, I am feeling it. My feeling is my truth.

Creatives, a term used to describe people who use their imagination, gifts & vision to bring forth beauty and information into the world. It has no genre, it’s an open road. That is where Marisol Martinez has found her purpose, on the open road.As a graduate of Parsons School of Design NYC/Paris with BBA in Design Marketing and a minor in Art studies, she has truly utilized her education and vision in many facets in the creative world.Marisol spent over 15 years as an Executive in the Music Industry. Starting at VH1 then transiting to MTV onto Atlantic Records then jumping out of Corporate into the entrepreneurial road of Artist Management. For the past 2 years, she has transitioned back to her original love for painting and is a writer and ambassador for the online and print magazine “UNDOORDINARY”. In just a short time, she has flourished in her talent and strives to bring the message of purpose through creativity with her art and writing.
